Well,this has been an exciting week. Xmas at Granny's with all of the cousins. One on Xmas day and the other Dec 27. Met all of the new fiances. So our family is expanding. The only down side is that Dad went to hospital again. He has a kidney infection, dehydrated, and atro fibulation (his heart rhythm is off) Well, he's getting antibiotic for infection and some kinda meds to get his heart back on track. He's gonna be alright, but again this is very stressing on Mom. R's sister is going to have the surgery to remove cancer on Jan 16 then recovery then radiation. We hope that this will be over. Her hubby is trying to get a job that's not so far away. Thank you all for prayers, but please continue.
Other than this, we had a delightful holiday season and hope that all of you did too. Come Thursday, I will have been married 21 yrs. I was just a kid when I got married. Strange huh? As my father in law says, It takes a good woman to be married to a man that long. :-)

Sorry about your father in law. Hope he gets back to normal as soon as is possible. Sure hope his wife can handle everything without stressing - I know that's easier said than done.
Sounds like you have had some really good times too. We are going to be with several of our family members to bring in the new year. We eat lots of junk food, play lots of games and go crazy with the arrival of the new year. We eat really good food too. We have several traditional food items that we always make.
We would be thrilled for you to come see us when you are up this way. We could meet you in Lexington if that would help. This last Thursday and Friday would not have worked anyway because we were out of state.
Happy Anniversary! We celebrated our 11th last month. I don't know if you've had time to read through my blog, but feel free to do so & catch up on my life over the past year and a half. It's so good to hear from you again. I was actually thinking about you not too long ago and wondering how to get back in touch with you, so I'm glad you found me. What part of AL are you in? Ok... I know this is probably really disjointed, so I'll quit for now. Hope to hear from you soon, and I'll be keeping you & yours in my prayers.
Well, 2 days from now I will have lived 4 decades. Last night, I remembered how much has changed in my life. I can remember when going to the public library meant you had a card stock type card and the date was stamped into the book for return or there were no scanners at the grocery store. When you could buy Bazooka Bubble Gum for 2cents or the grocery stores only sold groceries. Then there's what has changed in the world...the Berlin Wall coming down, the end of Communism in Russia. (My daughter believes I was around when George Washington was around) Other events such as the Space Shuttle Columbia or Challenger exploding in the sky. Then there's the marvels that have come, artificial hearts, some cancer treatments and cures, childbirth. That one still makes me marvel. The beautiful things I have experienced..sunset on the West Coast of FL,sunrise on the East Coast of FL, Space Shuttle launch at night, a full eclipse of the moon, a full eclipse of the sun, seeing Mars, Saturn and Jupiter through a powerful microscope, the birth of all of my children, a marriage to a man who I never dreamed would give me so much love, baptized when I was 14, marriages of some of my dearest friends...... I guess I could go on and on. 40 years down and possibly 60 more to go! (My G'ma is 96 in 3 weeks!)
May the Lord bless each of you with 40 wonderful years of life and give you memories of how beautiful Heaven will be.

Well, as far as I know, Dad's surgery went fine. The doctor seemed happy about how it went is the report I got. So I guess Dad will be fine in a few days. R went up today with K and V. I go tomorrow with A and C. That's all. TTFN

Hi all. Dad is having surgery Thursday. 2 needles in his spinal area to put some cushion btwn the 2 bones. We go up Fri to help out and Sat night is Family Party! I'll be doing some cooking and prep Fri and Sat. Then if we are still well ourselves, I hope to go see my Grandmothers in the land of the blue! Hope all of you are having good days! Thank you for your prayers and please continue to pray for Dad.

We'll be praying for Robert's dad. This is why you moved- to help out, so I am glad you can be with the family. We miss you guys too and will be praying about your house!
You know we'd be happy with a boy or a girl. We are hoping for more children anyway so whatever is fine with us. We LOVE having girls and we pray for another one. We would also love to see what the whole boy thing is all about and so we pray for a boy too! So we shall see. Noelani is hoping for a brother cause "she doesn't have one!" Good reason huh!!!!
Thank you everyone who is praying. Please don't stop! The very day some of you replied, we received a call to rent the house! Then the next day, after we decided to go forward with renting, some one called about buying the house! My cup is full and running over! Hopefully, this will work out. I'd much prefer to sell, but a good renter is acceptable too. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I know who to call on for prayer warriors! May you continue to serve God in all that you do!

We're doin' alright. My parents are both looking for jobs. School is taking a break (finally!). Guitar and band are going good!! We actually have a concert tomorrow night. :) also still babysitting a lot. and I'm hoping to get my permit soon! :) I'm so jealous that you get snow!!
