I'm officially 25 weeks pregnant...15 more weeks to go! We are so excited, but I'm getting a little nervous as I think of all the things I need to get done before he gets here. I now can feel him kick and Nick has actually felt it too. I can't help smile when I feel these kicks...its a wonderful blessing!
Another blessing in our life is Nathaniel's fiancé (Ashley) was baptized last night. We are overwheled with excitement...God is so good!
Yeah! Cara told me this afternoon about Ashley! That is truly a blessing! :D

You looked so cute yesterday at yoru shower! You got so many nice things for Mason. I am sure that is just making you more anxious to have him in your arms!
wow 6 weeks will be here before you know it! Taht is so great I cant wait to hear all about it! You'll have to post pics from your shower, and yes everything is precious I loved both my showers and coming home putting everything away so much fun!
We decided to name our little one Mason James Dew. Its exciting to have a name picked out b/c it makes it seem more official. :) Each day that goes by, I get more and more excited!
We had an ultrasound this past Friday, and we found out that we are having a BOY and that he looked healthy!!!!
Nick had me convinced to not find out the sex, but I immediately noticed that it sure wasn't a girl during the ultrasound; however, Nick didn't noticed it so we still had the doctor write it down in a card. I didn't think we would make it out of the doctor's office without opening that card....Nick was SO ANXIOUS to know. We did end up opening the card later that evening and confirmed it’s a boy! :)
We are so thankful for this blessing that God has given us. I just can't wait until the day I get to hold this sweet little boy in my arms!

I've been bitten several times also. Some people don't react to them terribly bad. I saw a poor woman at Kroger yesterday that had been bitten on her forehead. I got bitten by a spider at church a couple of weeks ago, but I'm not sure if it was a BR. It probably was because we seem to have an infestation of them lately, but it didn't do much.
I know as you read this subject line you were probably thinking, man Nikki is really, really looking forward to the holidays! If that was your guess, you would be RIGHT! Although as much as I do love the holidays just because they are the holidays, I am anticipating them for a completely different reason this year. Nick and I, God-willing, are expecting our first addition to the family on November 28th, 2008. As so many of you know this last year has been an emotional roller coaster and we are so thankful to so many of you who have kept us in your prayers and just been the great friends that you are. I am currently 14 & 1/2 weeks and just left the doctor’s office where we heard the heartbeat again (it’s more special every time!) pounding away at 170 bpm. Please continue to pray for us and baby and don’t hesitate to spread the joy because after keeping quiet for almost 3 months, I feel like I want to shout from the highest rooftop about the blessing that God is bringing into our lives! I am cautious and realize that each day and each minute of this little one’s life is in His hands, but I am want to enjoy each day as it is given to me and remove the negative emotions so that baby and I can enjoy every step of the way.
We could not be more excited for you guys! :) We love all three of you and are so excited to meet your little one! We are constantly praying for you. Congrats Mommy!
That is so awesome! You all will be in our prayers-by the way-we miss you all!! Lucky you-my first I was wearing maternity clothes around 12-13 wks. My second-was wearing maternity clothes at 7 wks! I'm sure it was hard keeping it in. Tell Nick we said hey and we love you all.
How exciting! We were at Lost River on Sunday. I sat right beside Don and Myra, but I didn't see you. I hope all goes well with your little bundle of joy!
Ahh I love your ticker!! Hows pregnancy coming?? We were just talking about how maybe we can drive to BG to see veryone when we are out there around xmas and we wwere like ahh Nikki will have her baby!!! So exciting (of course we will understand if your not up to visitors!) Wwe are so happy for you!
Thats good well your getting pretty far along - almost half way!! Thats so exciting were so happy for you guys...it will be here before you kon wit...just enjoy the last feww months of "freedom" :)

I have some really good news....Don is at home and is doing GREAT! He is up and moving around. He is still in a lot of pain, but he is doing so much better than we expected. :) Thank you so much for keeping Don in your prayers and thoughts....God is so good!
By the way, Nick and I are putting our house by campus up for sell again. If you know of any one that is intersted, please let me know.
So sorry to hear about Don. That is awful! I saw you and your SIL walking out of the mall the other day. Looked like you came out the back of the Gap. I was too far from you to get your attention! Our best to Don and Myra.
