Neither Barack Obama, John McCain, Sarah Palin, or Joe Biden have come to campaign in Kentucky in this historic election and I feel slighted. Sure William Jefferson Clinton of past presidential fame came by to endorse some local Democrat but reliving the glory days of a Clinton administration is not my idea of a good time - for me it's reliving the agony and depression of high school.
Now I'm mad. Where is the smoozing? Where's the courting? We are not the kind of state that is a "sure thing". I mean nobody is even buying us dinner first.
So here's what I say we as Kentuckians do. Every single Kentuckian should vote for Ralph Nader. Sure he's not the most handsome or the most popular - but it will show those others guys that they missed the Belle of the Ball and they'll think twice before they over look us next election. |

Lets get down to what's important. By anyones estimation I live in the future.
THE FUTURE. the glorious technological wonder that is the 21st century. Now let me say this and say it clearly:
I WANT MY HOVER CAR!!!
It is my right as a citizen of the future to be cruising around in the air with no concern for man or beast.
If Back to the Future had told us about a future where the coolest gadget was an iphone would anyone be impressed? No! and I'll tell you why. Iphones dont fly, neither do they hover. And you can't ride on them.
I dont want a hybrid. I really dont want an electric car. I don't care how much gas it takes or what ozone it destroys, I want my hover car and I want it NOW!

im a loving husband. i am... i try to do what's best for my wife to make her happy. so when she started hinting that since i had 2 ipods - an ipod classic and an ipod touch - and she doesnt have any ipods - i did the only altruistic thing i could - i offered to buy her one too.

there is so much debate these days over whether women can do this or that in worship outside of worship etc...
but i find myself thinking, "Women shouldn't exist, much less anything else." |

Its been a dry and dark time for these last six years. Finally, after all this time we get another X-Files film. I've seen every episode. In fact, I have all 9 seasons in the original packaging - not those slim sets they are doing now, but the really nice boxes that Fox charged your first born child for. Now I owe Fox my first 9 children. I have the movie. Am I the world's biggest X-Files fan? Nope. Because of all you crazy people out their with your websites and time lines and restraining orders from Chris Carter. But now we can all sleep a little better knowing Scully and Mulder are having adventures once again and all is right with the world. |
