I've been saving these for a couple of years and finally am remembering to put them up here in time for Thanksgiving. Hope you enjoy!

My little boy pulled up for the first time last night. He had been working on it and earlier in the day had gotten to his knees. We were eating supper when I looked and saw what he was doing. I motion for Brandon and he jumped up and caught a couple of pics before Clayton lost his balance. He's growing up so fast. I hope you all don't mind me sharing these milestones with you. They make me so excited. Jimmy's picked up a bit of a cold, I'm hopping he kicks it before it gets bad. I also hope no one else gets it. Seems like it has been going around. Well, It's getting to be the kids nap time. Have a great weekend! Here's the pics:
I've planned for the 6th at 6:00. So far, you Jessi and Rachel are coming, Jamie is probably and Jeanie (Sandy's sister) is checking her schedule, (don't know if you know her or not) and still waiting to hear from Destiny, Sandy and Jenica!
Oh I know that one is Jesse, I was meaning Clayton's costume in your post and that picture of Jesse, guess I wasn't very clear lol.
My kids won't be here but Jessi said Jamie asked if kids were allowed or if she needed to get her mom to watch. I said if thats the only way you can come, I would rather her bring him than not come but Neal is taking Maddy and Nathan somewhere, just because I think it would be fun to just hang out and not have to worry about the kids for a change, especially if everyone has their kids and thats all we would be doing all night is taking care of kids and breaking up arguments and I think it would be more stressful than enjoyable. Plus my house isn't that big lol. As far as husbands, I don't everyone to feel left out because the only ones that would bring someone is me you and Jessi but if they want to come, thats cool, Neal won't be here but I guess him and the kids would stay if other guys and kids were coming. As far as brining something, thats up to you. Rachel is bringing pasta salad and Jessi mentioned bringing a two liter. I will have food and snacks but if you want to bring a drink or a fave dish, thats fine, if not thats fine too! Can't wait to see everyone!!
Hello everyone! Let me tell you about a mistake I made. I have two Heavenly Bamboo bushes (or Nandina) out front. They get these big clusters of bright red berries on them. Really pretty. The wind knock a big cluster of them off the other day and I notice them laying on the ground. Brandon brought them in for me. I thought they'd make good decorations with the Christmas season coming up. I put them in a large bowl with some pine cones and put them up where Clayton couldn't get to them. It looked very festive. Evidently Thor (the cat) thought they were pretty too. Then next morning when I got up, they were everywhere. He was having a ball with them. I could have killed him. I got the vacuum out and vacuumed the berries up the best I could. I was worried about Clayton finding one of them so I got online to see if they were poisonous or not and of course they were. Ugh, now I'm worried about the little flea bag that a little while ago I wanted to kill myself. He ended up staying in the utility room most of the day so I could keep an eye on him. Jimmy helped me go through the house to make sure we got all the berries. We pulled out chairs, checked under tables, and flipped the couch up (finding a piece of Jimmy's train track that we had been missing). I think we got them all. The rest that was left in the bowl I tossed out. No more berries, at least the real kind, for this house hold. Oh, and Thor is fine. Lessoned learned from this Momma. :)
Here's some random pics I thought you all might enjoy!

None of that Sissy Stuff
Are you tired of those sissy 'friendship' poems that always sound good, but never actually come close to reality?
Well, here is a series of promises that actually speak of true friendship.
You will see no cutesy little smiley faces on this card-
Just the stone cold truth of our great friendship.
1. When you are sad --I will jump on the person who made you sad like a spider monkey jacked up on Mountain Dew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. When you are blue -- I will try to dislodge whatever is choking you.
3. When you smile -- I will know you are plotting something that I must be involved in.
4. When you're scared -- we will high tail it out of here.
5. When you are worried -- I will tell you horrible stories about how much worse it could be until you quit whining, ya big baby!!!!
6. When you are confused -- I will use little words.
7. When you are sick --Stay away from me until you are well again. I don't want whatever you have.
8. When you fall -- I'll pick you up and dust you off -- After I laugh my butt off!!
9. This is my oath...I pledge it to the end. 'Why?' you may ask --because you are my FRIEND!
Friendship is like peeing your pants,
everyone can see it,
but only you can feel the true warmth.
