Hello All!

I don't actually have much to say, I'm just sick of seing my old post.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I hope you are able to spend time with family and friends and use today as an especially good time to reflect on how blessed we all are. Everyday in every way we are so blessed and have so many things to be thankful for; let's hope we do that. I will be spending it with part of my christian family and friends here in Columbus for part of the day and then going home to my family for the rest of the weekend. I'm very excited. Have a great, safe holiday!

Here goes...

1. I hate, yes HATE feet! They gross me out to no end! Don't touch mine and I definetely won't be touching yours...that's my motto.

2. My favorite day of the week is Thursday. Always has been, always will be. It's a great day!

3. I'm a roller coaster fanatic! I'll try anything!

4. I'm left handed but, except for writing and eating, I do everything with my right hand--especially sports

5. My dream job is to be a photographer of my very own studio.

6. I am a gum fiend....seriously. It's better than cigarettes

7. I didn't get the chicken pox until I was 21 and it was miserable!

8. I love to iron...weird I know but, very true.

OK, enough about me....I tag a bunch of other people....just do it!

I am on VACATION**

*I am going home tomorrow to spend 3 days with a my mom and a couple of friends!

*Smiling is one of my favorite things...do it! :)

*The sun is shining and it's beautiful

*I am realizing how nice solitude is sometimes

*I am getting a lot accomplished today....and nothing....all at the same time!

*I am content and ridiculously happy!

*My printer is working and I just copied my hand because I could!

*I'm looking forward to the Bible study tonight at their house tonight, the weeks so far have been incredible

*I'm looking for a new job, I interviewed recently at another bank and they asked me to take the job but, I was torn because of the $ offer. I'm waiting to hear back about my counter offer

*I love summer and I'm sad it's going to be winding down soon, the good thing is I LOVE fall! :)

*I'm growing....everyday, in every way....it's good

*I have THE best friends and family ever....biggest blessings in my life

*My grandpa is somewhat stable but, please pray for him, I miss him like crazy and sometimes it's helps when I know others are thinking and praying for him.

Please read the following if you have a minute...it's how I feel...

One day a woman's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning, in the warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't anymore.

No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute."

Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away, never to return before we can say good-bye, say "I love you."

So while we have it, its best we love it, care for it,

fix it when it's broken and heal it when it's sick.

This is true for marriage ... and old cars . and children with bad report cards, and dogs with bad hips, and aging parents and grandparents.

We keep them because they are worth it, because we are worth it.

Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a classmate we grew up with. There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.

Life is important, like people we know who are special, and so, We keep them close!

I received this from someone who thought I was a 'keeper'! Then I sent it to the people I think of in the same way.

Suppose one morning you never wake up,

do all your friends know you love them?

I was thinking....I could die today, tomorrow or

next week, and I wondered if I had any wounds

needing to be healed, friendships that needed rekindling,

or three words needing to be said.

Let every one of your friends know you love them.

Even if you think they don't love you back,

you would be amazed at what those

three little words and a smile can do.

And just in case

GOD calls me home .....

please make her feel welcome, she was very hesitant to do this and I think it will be great for her to meet all of you!

There has been too much to say in a blog so I'll keep it brief. This summer is awesome, my friends are great and my family is excellent!!!!

I just got back last evening from home (Medina) to visit friends and family. The people that love me never cease to amaze me by the care, love and concern they have for me and once again they showed it this weekend. I was able to spend time with Papa which was the highlight of the weekend. He isn't doing great BUT he is holding steady where he's at which is good enough for us right now. He actually doesn't even remember being sick really which again is a good thing to me. I took a walk with him just like we used to when I spent weeks on end at his house and we sang hymns like we used to...it was a great time to be with him.

My house and parents in the country were great as always and it was overwhelmingly beautiful at night under the stars which seem to be placed to carefully by our Lord. I spent time with my spiritual family at North Ridgeville was completely uplifted by their worship not to mention the great sermons given by a good friend.

Coming home was a mixed feeling....I really love going home but, I also love the life I have here in Columbus so, back to work today and normal things....

By the way, if anyone hadn't heard; the hardins are rid of me and I have moved into my own apartment!!!!! YAY!!! I miss being in their home but, it helps only being about 30 seconds down the road. If anyone wants to come hang out....please feel free!
