Moving? Thinking of moving? Scary to everyone, especially with the real estate market. I'm applying for several jobs within my company, most of them will be a promotion and others a lateral move. Where would I go is the question? I'll tell you, the job I just interviewed for is in FL. The job I'm applying for after that would keep me right here where I'm at. Finally, all of the other jobs, as you've probably guessed, will put me in Bentonville Arkansas.
Any advice for moving? Any tricks to feeling comfortable? Does anyone know about congregations in Arkansas?
My dad grew up not too far from Bentonville, and his parents lived in Rogers for years. If you end up going that way, I can probably track down some information for you on churches in the area.
It would be a regional position, I could pick from any DC from FL to AL. But the person leaving has his office in alachua, FL and that's where I probably would go.
This week, we've lost our preacher Steve Garrett, whom is moving on to another congregation. I also find out amongst two positions on which one I may get. Hopefully know more by the end of the week.

Walked by the salon 4.5 times today to try and get a haircut. Why do they only have one person working during the day? Then I caught myself walking that way again and realized I needed to go back to work and do something today.

Just saw some of the cutest pictures of two young Burleson boys that you might know. For some reason, they look a lot like you...maybe you're related! Seriously, your boys are adorable! I can only imagine how much grief they're giving you, though. HA!
My boys are definately spawns of mine, they can wear us out. As for the Nintendo, they have the wii now. Ethan loves pretending to be luigi, but wanted to be like daddy and dress up as Mario!
Wow... when you post, you go all out!! :o) Interesting article about Wal-mart. After we had discussed some of that before, I started looking around our Wal-mart to see what it said about our community. I'm guessing that most of us are jewish hispanics since they added two whole isle dedicated specifically to those types of foods/brands.
Thats funny that austinites eat donuts, i think its because in austin the only people who shop at walmart (no offense) but here its for the poorer unhealthy people. I think of miga's and breakfast tacos or pancakes when i think of breakfast in austin.
