Hey Everybody. My tryouts for Allstate and District band were last Saturday and I was so pump for my auditions. I did allmost perfect on my scales, my etude score was AMAZING, and my sight reading stunk worse then a skunk at a poop ralley. My total Score of the day was a pretty good 81.5, but I had to get a 85 or above to pass on to the next round of the allstate auditions, so I did not make it to the 2nd round, nor did I make the District band either. I was very disappointed that day and so was the band directer at the judges. That was the bad news. The good news was that my sister courtlyn made it to the 2nd round of allstate auditions and made the district band, So I was happy for her. Also, I scored and was ranked the 3rd most best 7th grader alto sax player in the district, and I beet out all of the 8th graders at my school in scores, So I was really happy. My band directer told me that the sax competition was extremly tough this year so I felt kind of better through the rest of the day.
WhatUP!!!!! Hey its me Jared. I'M NEW!!!!!! As you may have noticed I do play the alto sax. I'm in a Jazz band and i'm First chair. I'm in a band with my sister and I get to go to Disney world this summer playing the alto sax!!!!!!! I also play the piano and play baseball. Do to the injuries(broken back vertebrae, (broke my arm but, already healed)) I have yet to play baseball so, I will play this summer!!!!! I worship at Powers Ferry Church of Christ. The School that I go to is Lost Mountain middle. I'm in the district fo Hillgrove Highschool

So, you get to start back playing baseball this summer. That is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My nephew's band goes to Disney World on Spring break to play. They are excited.
