Yesterday was my mom's birthday and we were supposed to have dinner at my grandpa's house so I thought! Jed told me that we needed to make a stop at his parents house first which was on the way. So, we get to the Bowman's and Danny said that he needed to show me something downstairs. I get downstairs and turn the corner and hear "SURPRISE"! Turns out it was a surprise party for me as I will be 30 this Friday! I was so shocked and had no clue what to do or say. I have never been surprised because I always seem to figure things out. My kids even knew and didn't let it slip so I am really proud of them! It was so much fun! Everyone who had kept the seceret for so long said they were tired and glad it was over! My mom and sister spent hours and made me a scrapbook of my life until now! The book is huge 63 pages! My niece (My half brother's daughter) was there also. I haven't seen her for along time and it was nice to get to talk to her and see her again!
I didn't get my Lexus that I have been telling Jed I wanted when I turned 30 but I haven't got my gift from him yet! I guess we will see what Friday holds!
How AWESOME!! Stephen threw a surprise party for my 30th (last year) too! I was so SHOCKED and surprised! HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY to you!! I hope it's an AWESOME YEAR!!
I have so much to be thankful for this year! Have a GREAT Thanksgiving and fun shopping if you get out for that! I go out with my mom,sister,grandma & aunt! Basically I am there to hold my grandma's bags! We also have lunch to celebrate mine, my mom, and sister's birthday's who are all within 2 weeks of each other!
Well, I can tell you that I have received my Christmas present early! It consists of a new water pump & belt for my car! :( My car lost power steering on the way to pick Savannah up from school today. I am glad to say that we all made it home safely and the car made it to the shop! What a Christmas present, huh? :) I hope you guys get as good as Christmas present as I did! :)
