Hi Richard, I realized that I forgot to thank you for your comments on speeding (way back when); I have tried to email my lovely government on clarification between speeding and impeding traffic, but they have never responded. But as I looked at the wording of out law, it clearly states that it is breaking the law. I cannot believe that I ever thought it was okay to speed because everyone else was doing it (even my driver's ed teacher said it was okay to speed 5-10 miles over the limit). I have never been one to speed; but now I am trying to driver at the exact limit. So thank you!
