Well, I had my first experience with Black Friday this year. I worked retail long enough to HATE the Christmas madness so I am usually done shopping by Halloween or at the very latest Thanksgiving. She thought it would be a great idea to go to Katy Mills at midnight when they opened. Well, we did it and then continued to Wal-Mart, Target, Willowbrook Mall and returned back home 12 hours later...wow is all I have to say. Now it has been suggested that it continue each year. At least I have a year to think about it! We did get some great deals but not at no cost to our sanity! Anyone else have any luck with Black Friday??
I slept in for the first time in a long time on black Friday. I was glad I did. I went in around 10:00 and it was so crowded I couldn't stand it.:/ I guess I am getting old.
Congratulations on your first attempt!!! :) I've gone the last couple of years & had success, but I'd say that this years deals weren't as great as previous years.
Did you see how successful it was??? I saw on Jansi's blog that you are sore. Heehee. I am sore, but not terribly. It would have been a lot worse if I would have played two games instead of just one.
Hey everyone, I know it's been a while since my last post but I just don't have anything exciting to blog about! We did have a great vacation in Mexico which is just beautiful but then it was back to work! However I will provide a couple of updated pictures of our "puppies" which are probably already the size of anyone's small adult dog, lol. Aggie and Sarge are already about 40 something and 50 something pounds and they aren't even 6 months old yet!
