Ashley is extremely excited about this week and can't wait until friday!!! For reasons many of you will know soon...sorry...my family's lips are sealed till then. :D I will let you know, however...I am turning 18 on friday!!! yay! :D
The only thing bad about this week is that I have a paper due over Hamlet on thursday for AP English...soooooo blah! Don't make me do it!!! PLEEEEEEAAAAASE! *sigh* I gotta...
You have been influenced by the mega marketing of corporate america ;) We must have Christmas out in the stores as soon as Halloween is over, or people won't know it is coming! :) Just kidding.... I love Christmas decorations too.
I'm sorry I never post anymore. I never truly have enough time...*sigh* but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It keeps me busy and on my toes. :D
So...just a quick overview of events:
- Marching Season is over :( but it was a good season! :D
- Made All Region Mixed Choir...Concert was Saturday. :D It was AMAZING!!! :D I LOVED my clinician! :D
- Pre-Area tryouts around Dec. 3rd and 4th-ish. Wish me luck...it's the hardest audition. (crosses fingers) :D
- Made the Wizard of Oz Musical...perfomances will be in January. :D So very excited! My first musical/play ever! :D
- Homework as always...haha. Start Hamlet this week/next week...yeah...I will be reading over Thanksgiving. *sigh* I will also be reading a book over Christmas. :/ On our calander it said (and I quote) "Dec. 25th - read and open presents!". haha. :D
- Back to piano lessons! FINALLY!
- *gasps for air* And so much more...haha. :D
Like I said I have lots to do but I love doing it all! I can't help it. :D
I just got done with Hamlet last week for my World lit class. This week it is Don Quixote. The week before Hamlet was Dante's Divine Comedy "The Inferno" ( just 8 of the 34 cantos though:) I feel your pain!! :) Haha!
I am VERY proud of you!! You are doing an amazing job, and are a very talented young woman. :) I hope I can raise Alissa and Alaina to be the type of young women that you have turned out to be :) Love you!

Hey our pre-area is December 4th too! And I'm totally gonna try to come see the Wizard of Oz...Sounds like it's gonna be good! But I agree with you on the tired thing...Thank goodness for Thanksgiving Break, huh? ^_^

At Crosby, pre-game will be at 6:30 ... but since Ashley won't be directing the National Anthem there, pre-game is not that important. :-). Game will probably start at 7:00.
