that side pic is cu-rakin me up!!!! I sent her packing today. I was not through with her but she left anyway. I hope you can share her at xmas cuz we're coming there!! Lw.
Everyone feeling better there? Everyone doing pretty good here. Drew has to go to school in the morning wrapped up like a mummy, but at least it keeps him from going into a coughing jag for an hour, which is a lovely sight, believe me.
Oh, I'm very happy you all are on the upswing, but feel badly that little Will has to begin the fun routine of breathing treatments. They are a tremendous help, I will say that. Does he have asthma?
I don't even know why I'm posting here. I'm just at my wit's end and think I need to vent before I hurt myself. Most of you know Will has been battling sinus gunk for a month. Then Molly got sick with sinuses. Will goes on antibiotic and is doing better. Then Saturday night Molly throws up. She is such a sound sleeper that she sleeps right through it. Yeah, good luck getting that picture out of your head. You should have seen it in person. Not pretty. We sent Maggie to go stay with Nana since she was the last soldier standing. Well, the last soldier has fallen. I get a call at 11 am this morning from the school saying Maggie's throwing up. Ugh. She has now been throwing up every 30 minutes to an hour ever since.
My special and ever so patient husband offered to go to the grocery store to get a chicken for dinner and to get Will out of my hair since I've been run ragged today. Two minutes later, a phone call from Tim. Now Will is throwing up in the car.
I just couldn't help but start crying. This steel magnolia has turned into a weaping willow. Please pray for my sanity and for my sick babies. We were supposed to do Thanksgiving tomorrow night because the girls leave on Wednesday to go with their dad, so it looks like Thanksgiving is scrapped until sometime next week. But one thing I've learned over the years is that the actual day is immaterial compared to just being with your family. Although, I'm not sure hovering over a toilet bowl is really how I want to spend time with *my* family. :(
I hope you all have a happy Thanksgiving. And when you're pouring your gravy, please think of me and pour a little more. :)
im so sorry to hear of everyones fungus! poor things! and poor you! you and your children will be in my prayers! hope they get to feeling better and you get some relief!
Aww, Tami. I'm so sorry. We have had many a holiday like that. It seems like it always hits right before the holiday. We will pray for you all today. Love you much.
Yippee! The bunkbeds are going to the lowest bidder! LOL Thanks for all the inquiries, but I have somebody coming to get them sometime this week.
Which brings to giveaway number two and three. Anybody need two High School Musical comforters and curtains? Apparently HSM is SO last year and we're moving on. And let me say *I* didn't buy them. It was another gift from Nana and Pawpaw after the puppy-dog eyes of two little grandchildren. Anyway, if you know someone who wants them, let me know.
I uploaded this video so my in-laws could see it, and I thought y'all might get a kick out of it. We took Will to Lowry Park Zoo and over to the water fountain play area. This was his first encounter...
yep they'd love that too. since the bunkbeds will free up some room, they'd go nuts over it. lauren is a barbie nut. feel free to unload and pass anything like that on over to me. btw, i love that turkey picture up there
I can't believe he's sick again, Tami! I'm so sorry. I'll be eager to hear about the appt tomorrow. :( Missed you both. I'm glad you can come T'giving. Tell Tim to change his plans and come, too!
What I love best about your videos is hearing your laugh in the background! He's not such a baby anymore!! I wish it were warm enough to be doing that here. I may need to plan my next visit.
thank you again so much for the bunkbeds. i just got them all put together and room all rearranged. what a chore! im sure it wouldnt have taken so long if i would have had a little less help, but what can you do! i really appreciate it! thanks again!
We got the girls some new beds, and now we're looking to get rid of their bunkbeds. If you or someone you know would like to have the set, let me know. I'd like to get it to somebody that could use them rather than break it apart and stick it at the street. I'm in Plant City, so the person would have to be local/Tampa area and come pick them up.
P.S. The junk/blankets/stuffed animals/dolls/purses are not included. LOL
oh my word!!! my sister-in-law was just talking the other day about getting some for her girls. let me tell her about them. I'm gonna call her right now!!
Well, I tried to call her to tell her to check this out, but she didn't answer her phone. I left her a message to check out your post. Hope she sees this in time.
I'm extremely interested in theory, I just don't know where we'd put them until we move. And we aren't sure when that is, yet. Keep me posted if no one else wants to take them off your hands. I might try to figure a way to store them. Our kids will be bunking together, 2 and 2.
haha..too true..i guess it was a favorite of that generation because Granny Myrt couldn't sit at a Holiday Table without her mincemeat pie. She continually chastised all her grandkids for turning down her pie.
