- I am half way through my student teaching. One placement down and one more to go. As of December 13th I will officially be able to say "goodbye" to MTSU. Go Blue Raiders!
- Spence Cabin is coming up October 18th. Be there or be square.
- REI is my new place of work. It is going alright. The best part about the whole deal is I get a SWEET discount.
- I am so glad it is fall.
- And I am so glad tomorrow is Friday and the next day is Saturday. I love the weekends.

I'm doing well. I have five violin students and one voice student in my home studio right now, and I'm playing for a wedding today, so that side of life is good. We're just so very glad to be back in TN!
Josh and I are planning to spend the night and have "dirty" church on Sunday morning. If anyone is interested in coming or staying, please let us know. Hope to see you there!
So I have now figured out how to put pictures on here. Amazing.
Last weekend we went on a hiking trip with some close friends from church and then Josh and I went off on a little backpacking trip. This was my first official backpacking trip as well as Ginger's first (she is our dog). We had a blast hiking and camping.

After weeks of debating Josh and I decided that it would be best to find one of our dogs a new home. So last Friday, a guy named Trevor came to pick up Jonah and take him to his new home. It was really sad to see him go but I know it was for the best.
This upcoming weekend we will be going on our first backpacking trip of the fall. I can't wait. We will be hiking down to Greeter Falls at South Cumberland State Park with about 30 friends and then Josh and I (and maybe two others) will head off on our own for an overnight trip down into the gorge.
