#4 - you're watching way too much tv! most murder victims are murdered by friends or family in a dispute that gets out of hand. pick your friends well and don't fight with your family! ;-)
im getting my wisdom teeth out soon :(
they've never bothered me until last monday
where my dentist decided to give me 11 shots in my mouth :((
yeah not fun at all. so now my bottom wisdom teeth are hurting me pretty bad, so i have an app with the surgeon on monday at 3:45.
i really dont want to get them out though, i've never had surgery or anything, not that this is a huge surgery :/
and i dont have anytime time to do it, without missing school and losing exemptions or missing a football game.
11 shots!! mmm ouch... I had this done. All four at the same time. Im not gonna lie to you, you look like a chipmunk afterwards haha! Ill pray for you darlin.
i have to start thinking about college and what i want to do the rest of my life. and i know after i graduate my two best friends from training and I are going on a trip together. we havent decided where yet. we keep changing our minds :) i plan to pay for it on my own. gotta start sometime right? haha.
SO...after my frist year of jr camp i had made my mind up to go to FC for two years then tech for two years and it was perfect.
now its not so much.
i have one or two options for what i want to be.
1. a physical therapist
or
2. a children's nurse.
and im a trainer at my school and i love being in there and being active and interacting with the different sports i get to be with. and of course i love football and i love training for them and going somewhere that doesnt have a football team, mayb just kill me haha. but my senior im taking a ready set teach class where we basically go to an elem school and help the teachers out. so maybe that will help me decide. and next summer im hopefully going to attend a sports medicine camp at the university of texas or at texas tech and i get to see how their programs are. its been interesting, in training we have a student from TCU come in and help and i've been talking to her about it, and she loves being with the college kids and getting to help out, and its made me want to do that in college now. and i know tech and texas both have great medical and educational degrees. so those two schools are hopefully where i'll be attending after high school :)
BUT dont get my wrong im still thinkin about FC. i've heard its an amazing school and i would love to attend there. but its still in my schools to choose from, im just keeping my options open.
I just need to keep praying about it and i know God will take care of everything.
update: its not that i dont wanna go to FC its just my mom said it would be better if i went two years so my credits will transfer easier or something, and another thing is...they dont have a football team, and no training so i really wanna go somewhere that i can be part of training and stuff. i dont see why i would pay a lot more money and just take basic classes when i can go to another school and pay less and take basic courses, be in training, and take some med classes at the same time. i think it saves money and time. but who knows what will happen.
This is such an exciting time for you, and it's great that you have a couple of ideas to investigate! I, too, wanted to go to FC, but I couldn't afford it. I LOVED it at Tech, though. Good luck!
FC is a good place to figure out what you wanna do. And you should talk to my friend Susan, who is from NRH, but is finishing up her bachelor's at FC (she's going into physical therapy).
Just my thoughts. I'm enthusiastic about other people going to FC because I want them to have the kind of wonderful experience that I had! But God has a funny way of showing us all what He wants for us - and it's not usually in a way we'd ever expect, either. :)
