I took Caroline, Kayla, Emma, and Dylan to paint pottery and to Hometown Pizza for lunch. I loved the new pottery place in mt. Washington. It's also much more reasonable in price to the other stores I've been to. Hope you all have a great Turkey Day! sarai_31 Where in Mt. Washington?! It was actually fun. They light a gazebo in front of the community center. They also lit a special tree for the young boy who died earlier this year during the wind storm. He was a fourth grader at Simpsonville Elementary. After lighting up Simpsonville, we all went to dinner and then back to my house because Paula and Richard made it in last night. He had his parents and me over for lunch today and it was GREAT. We had roast, baked potatoes, green beans, and rolls. The only thing I did was to make a brownie mix for dessert. He is such a sweetheart! Last night we went to see Fireproof. All I have to say about it is that every couple needs to see it. It was so thought-provoking and realistic. I'm hoping that this week will be a little more relaxing. Here are some pics from last Thursday night when Mike and I carved a pumpkin and from Halloween on Friday. On Sunday night we celebrated Kayla's 8th Birthday. Lots of fun was had. I will warn you that the kids did get ahold of my camera at one point, which is the reason for some "interesting" pics.
