As you see from our family picture above, our sweet kitty needs a name. We won't talk about how long we've *had* said kitty without giving the poor thing a name. It isn't for lack of trying - just nothing we've tried seems right. I guess I'm just challenged when it comes to naming animals - the same thing happened with our last cat. :D

So, wanna suggest some great names? I'll try to take some pictures and post them to help you along, but for now I'll give you a brief description to get the ol' gears turning for ya! She's VERY sweet, she's black and white with a very cute pink nose. She's extremely loving - she even likes to climb on my shoulder and lay her head down as if she thinks she's a baby. *sigh*

I guess I could add that one reason that threw us off in the naming department was that we originally though she was a he. ...found out otherwise when we went to get *him* fixed! LOL! Toooo funny! That was a pretty hilarious conversation when I went to pick *him* up. Yeah yeah, for those of you laughing the loudest - yes, I *DID* grow up on a farm and I did learn a thing or two while doing so. ...I just never looked! :D The pet store told us she was a he and I took their word for it! :P

If someone comes up with a name that we end up using, I'm giving out a prize!

....they will get the title of "Person Who Named Our Cat!" :D Doesn't get any better than that, huh? At least not in this contest!!! :D

deana_d	We had a cat named Sam when I was young. We thought it was a he but turned out it was a she so we said it was short for Samantha, ha. She was a good cat too.

dianna	Our cats name's aren't too original, but we didn't think we were going to be able to keep them back in the day. Both are boys...Kitty and his little friend, Buddy. :)

I'm not the only one watching this season!....I'll be honest, I was strongly leaning toward Craig being the Mole due to one thing I thought was a clue in an earlier episode, but after last night's stunt that Nicole pulled at the end, I'm definitely wondering about her! Part of me still wonders about Mark, too.

laurie	thats funny how keith has a "lean". after i went back to look...he does stand like that alot! lol! surprisingly enough, ians teacher is older than us. she has just aged very well. she is near 40. they go to weecare at the first baptist church downtown. its a nice 11 hours per week for my sanity.
meagan_d	Hey whats been going on with y'all this week? I just thought that I would let you know that Kim (Jeff's wife) is supposed to have a CAT scan today...she has been having some really sharp pains in her stomach area and they think it might be an ulser. She should be letting me know the results whenever they get them which should either be tomorrow or thursday. But when I hear something I will let you know.

So, I know I've been MIA - such is the life of a mom...the best of intentions, but then life happens! :D

Not a lot of time now either, so hopefully I will be able to post an update in the next few days (unless life goes and happens again! :P) In the meantime, I wanted to post a pic of the kids. It's a collage I did. The picture of Kristopher inspired me to do it. I took it Friday night at the performance of "The Little Red Hen" he was in. The picture of Kaitlyn was from a while back, but is one of my favorites.

So, I'll fill you in on the play details, etc, later...but for now - a picture. :)

Well I'd love to be able to come and see you guys again but to be honest I have NO clue when I could possibly come. The first part of spring break Dru, Jessica, and I are going to go to Baton Rouge for a few days to see family. The last part of spring break I am hoping that someone will come see me. I think you might know who I am talking about...just from some of our previous messages! But I am not to sure about that. But hopefully soon I can make a weekend trip to come see you guys!!! But also I am going to be moving into an apartment with Jessica at the beginning of next month so with all of that and having to save money that may be a problem....We shall see!! Man why do my parents have to be like this.....I REALLY want to go to Dallas with you....I haven't gone to Dallas in FOREVER....seriously its been like 3 years since I have gone....and when I did go....I went by myself to a friends house and the night that I was supposed to get back I ended up getting sick and then called them....they were MAD at me......and said that I HAD to leave early the next morning.....

natalie_c	It was a 8 miles one way and 8 miles back. It probably was about an hour all together with the waiting for the train to leave, stopping to see Santa etc. It was definately fun though!

laurie	ian had just learned to walk, and he fell face-first on his wooden horse. anna's infant carrier was inside, and she decided to crawl up into it and stand up. i saw it coming. she stood up and had the hugest smile on her face. she was so proud of herself! the carrier then toppled over, and she smashed her face on the kitchen floor.
