That was just to get you attention. Yesterday, there was a chilli cook-off, for charity. Those who entered (volunteer) had to make 3-4 gallons of chilli. The public paid the admission and got to try all the of them. There were 21 entries and Nathan came in 3rd. I bet y'all didn't even know he could cook. Boy has he come out of his shell! My quiet, timid Nathan in a chilli cook-off. He will be coming home on Wednesday night and will be here until Sunday evening. Send him messages to me and I will log on Sunday afternoon and let him read them.....I love you all.
I'm not surprised!! I always thought he made the best brownies!! J/K!! Ha,ha! Yay for him though!! Will he be at services Sunday night? B/c we won't be there Wed or Sun morning and I want to see him!!

For those who didn't know, my 2 babies turned into four. Some time on Sunday after we left for church and our cruise, that crazy dog had four more puppies. Two of them didn't make it, so now we have four; three boys and one girl. They have been bottle fed and now they are eating puppy food softened in milk. They eat like animals...oh, that's right, they are animals. I am going to try to add some pictures (I'm a little slow). I hope you all enjoy these.
In case you are wondering...I haven't figured out how to get the pics on here, so maybe I will just take them to church (just kidding). And to make matters worse, our computer crashed and we had to buy a new one. Jerry hasn't gotten the stuff on the hard drive copied or whatever you do to get it on the new one yet.
That was the response I was looking for. I'm sorry you will all have to see a cardiologist now. We have one more, a little boy. He is bigger than his sister and he has a bit of brown on him. I forgot how time consuming it is having a newborn. Feeding every 3 hours. I don't know what is wrong with Corrina that she won't take care of them. She cleaned them and severed the cord then pretty much walked away (sort of like some of the women you see on TV). Well, it's my bedtime. I will be setting sail tomorrow afternoon. Talk to you all in a week.
Who's gonna watch the babies while you're gone? Mawmaw? Speaking of Mawmaw, who's staying with her, or is she going to stay with Sharon? I guess maybe Logan will come stay at the house and keep the puppies? But how will he feed them every 3 hours if he's at work? Oh my...I'm stressed. Drew wants to try to 'sneak' on the ship with you tomorrow when we take you to Channel side. Once he gets on the boat, he's your responsibility.
Gotcha!! Our German Shepherd is having puppies and I am sitting here with the first born in my lap. She doesn't seem to know what to do. I don't know yet if it's a boy or girl, but you can be sure I will love it whatever it is.......brief pause....Jerry just cut off the umbilical cord and it looks like we have a girl! She's all black with just a small line of white under her neck. We had to bottle feed her and she's wrapped in a towel sleeping in my lap. Does anyone happen to know what the German word for "first" is. I'll look it up later but I just wanted to see if anyone knew. I'll let you all know if/when there are any more.
Well, Nathan called today. He has a new job. Actually, it's a second job. He started yesterday working part-time at the local radio station, KDOG 96.7. He is on the morning show. He has some friends there and he would hang out on Fridays and did "The Nathan Hopkins Harrington Philosopy Minute". He said that about how long it took for him to say something philosophical. The main guy from the show left. The station manager talked to Nathan; he said he had a good radio voice and he had opinions and didn't mind sharing them. So he offered him the job. He said that's one more thing for his resume and at this point in his career, that's what it's all about. I'm excited for him but I still miss him like crazy.
oh shoot... i'll call you tomorrow. you're in bed already. hope everything is okay. BTW... I totally forgot to go back to the group meeting room. Even after Jerry reminded me. A thousand pardons.
If you need me to teach your class while you are on your trip, the answer is yes, I'll be glad to. And...I'm a tad amazed that you forgot my phone number. How could you? You know how much we gab on the phone all week. Tsk Tsk.
