I saw them in the front yard decked out in their finery on my way home after the field trip. Oh, and I think the answer to the magazine mystery from Seans classroom is: National Geographic Magazine.
I'm still not sure what that first one was that he told me about. What he described couldn't have been in NG. He gave it to the student teacher who promptly threw it away. He had not told Ms. Gebauer about it. Anyway, I guess she usually flips through her home magazines before she brings them in for the kids to cut up, but she may have just missed something. Oh well. I managed to handle it without it being awkward too which was a plus.
But the traffic jam it created was just plain wicked. It took 4 hours to get from Titusville to Orlando. That normally should have been about 1 hour. Then another hour home from there.

I heard and saw that there were long lines. We got absentee ballots and filled them out at home and dropped them off at the library. There wait was abotu 1 hour and 15 minutes at 5:10 yesterday evening. People were still getting in line. I'm glad people are voting, but the lines are LOOONG! November 4th is going to be chaos!
I odn't do good in groups of people I know -much less waiting in al ine with strangers for that long. Good thing I do not go armed or I would have to kill someone. (probably an Obama supporter then I would be labeled a radical racist. But in truth I havn'e been in a race in a long time.)
Actually I have learned that early voting takes longer, I have never been in a line on the actual voting day, but the early one, whew! The LIbrary was like a zoo today, I just wanted to return books and that took some time!
Our neighbor brought us a new sign. She's hardcore. All the McCain signs were stolen along our street, and she went and got us all replacements. We put the new one closer to the house.
Thank you for bringing the trick-or-treater's over! I had my camera out and forgot to take a picture. Do you think you could get everyone together again and get them all dressed up and come over? :)
Getting ready to roast some Brussels sprouts for dinner. Thought you and Josh would want to know. I guess we have those two free kids meals if it doesn't work out...
On the way home from church, Brent told Parker that he thought Kendall was Parker's girlfriend. Parker said no, he has three girlfriends - Kendall, Hannah, and Annabelle. We thought he was quite the ladies' man. And then he proceeded to tell us that he has way too many boyfriends to count. Oh dear.
Okay, so for some reason I responded to your comment on my own page. Its been a long day. But, school would be great for me, I won't be at church, I have school tomorrow. BTW, is it going to be hard for my to put up? I guess I missed the demo?
I put up my first UL tonight! It looks great, I love it! It wasn't too hard, but I'm wondering how I'm going to work the long one. Maybe tomorrow night...
