Hi, I am an animal lover, who is open to chat. I own a bearded dragon named Apollo. Although he is not what you would probably think of as a dragon (no fire breath).
O.K. What truly makes a die hard animal lover or other personality.
I have been a animal lover as far back as I can remember despite being stung, bitten, scratched, and even messed on a couple of times. Do you think it's genetics? Do you think it's choice?
I know that my immediate family is not just bursting with animal lovers, but my extended family is. Why is it some people can stop liking animals after being hurt just once when others can keep going despite being hurt multiple times?
Just food for thought.
I don't think I've got your email...or if it did aol deleted it on it's own (it does that after awhile, especially if I haven't checked it in a while). I haven't been online much recently, so if you sent me something, my email probably ate it :)
I love animals too.
Once, when I was in 5th grade I think, I get attacked by a cat. I had been holding him when he started growling and as I was bending over to put him down he bit my face. He almost scratched my eye, and left a nasty scar on my nose (covered up by my glasses). But I still love cats :)
I think it depends on how you are raised. If you are raised knowing how to behave around animals, it doesn't matter if you get bit or peed on because you know to expect that. Also, if your parents allow you to be yourself and play with animals it helps you develop that understanding and relationship.
Ethanol while it produces less toxins than regular gas takes more oil to produce and is biting into our food prices. All the while they call it (going green!) It makes me sick! Someone put a stop to the MADNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took a class this year called AP Environmental Science. I basically spent the whole year learning about this stuff. So if you ever want to make fun of "Green" people, email me and we can whine together.
