I apologize mightily.

Here's what's new in my neck of the woods:

Back in November, I traveled to Budapest, Hungary and Vienna, Austria. Budapest is lovely and I would love a return visit. It was my second time in Vienna, and I loved it too.

In January, I acquired a new little dog. Her name is Noelle and she's part Manchester Terrier and part something else. She's super cute, but has a lot of anxiety issues, which we're trying to work through.

I'm still working at the public library, which provides lots of fodder for my twitter (http://twitter.com/angelina41) and Facebook feeds. Friend me! Follow me! Or whatever!

Looking forward to travels in France, Belgium & the Netherlands in May with my mom, dad & uncle.

What's new with you, Pleonast?

Oh, that sort of traveling sounds so nice... and fun! I'd love to do that one of these days.

I'm in Chicago for the ALA conference. If it seems like deja vu, it's because I go to one of these things every six months! It's fun, but it's getting a little taxing.

The city was gorgeous today. The sun came out after some storms and lit the place up! Sparkling river, shiny Navy Pier, sun hitting some of the best architecture in the country. What's not to love?

Also, I saw a man wearing yellow mosquito netting as a shawl. So, that's pretty much my best day ever.

Received word today that I'm not being rolled back at work. So, that means no pay cut or benefits reduction, and I'll still be at my current library branch doing my same job!

I'm so thankful to God that I'll be gainfully employed for a while yet!
