Catherine spent the afternoon with Shanda's little boys; apparently they've been wanting come over since our house has sadly been rather Seth- and Josiah-less lately. So Catherine invited them over for dinner.

Fast-forward to their arrival:
Five-year old Josiah races into the house, beating the other two. He waves at Meghan and me before dashing into the addition where Dad is replacing copper pipes with PVC. The following conversation ensued:

J (very excited): Are you WORKING, Mr. Craig?!?

Mr. C: Oh, there's always work to do around here.

J: Can I HELP?!?

Seth then walks through the front door. He too waves and greets the supper-preparers before heading off to where the "real" work is... and this is what we hear:

Seth: Mr. Craig, do you need help?!?

Thank you for raising such eager little helpers -- they are such a pleasure to have here. :)

Hahahaha! Yeah, about that.... :) I guess that's what happens when you know people via facebook and not in real life. And since facebook DOES NOT count as real life, there are some people that I don't actually end up knowing until I run into them in random places. I'm also glad I made you laugh!! I feel...rather...accomplished just now. :) Ha! I love you!

Oh, and thanks for the prayers for mom!! She is now scheduled to have thyroid surgery on March 1st. The doctors say that she should be able to go home the same day, providing there are no complications. At some point very soon, I will be posting an update/explanation of all this so folks can update their prayers as well, But, again, thank you! We appreciate it so much!
