Stay at home wife for now......
As of right now I am still waiting to start work. Anthony was just told that the board is meeting soon so I will be credentialed. I am ready to start. I have been at home since Aug. 7th. Don't get me wrong I am not complaining about holding down the davenport(check spelling) on a daily basis, but I am ready to become a more productive member of society. I love my job!
Update: I got laser eye surgery and love it. Instead of falling asleep with my contacts and waking up blind as a bat -I CAN SEE-. NO more glasses-no more contacts. I feel like I had an eye transplant. If you are contemplating lasik I say "just do it". You can go in for free screening to make sure your a candidate and they have financing so no interest for 18 months. You will not regret it.
New additions: We now have a bamboo plant and an orchid. NO KIDS and NO PETS...yet.
Spiritual life: Anthony and I started a new bible study in Matthew. We are also trying to start up a bible study with my friend Alexandra. Anthony is growing as a Christian in leaps and bounds. His heart impresses me all the time. He says that I encourage him, but I think he encourages me.
Married life: We both think we each got the better deal. Yeah we have our little discussions, but they are short lived and rather silly. I need to find the poem I read ionce a few years ago. It was about how when you ask God and trust in him to provide you with someone special, He gives you more than you could ask for or dream of. That is exactly how I feel about Anthony.
Family: My dad misses me like crazy, but Ant and I stop by almost weekly and break bread with him. I often stop by and clean the house for him. Our families are doing well. It is Ant's parent's 29 Wedding Anniversary this Sunday ;) Congrats to them ! Ant, I and his 3 bros are taking them out to eat and trying to figure out a creative gift.
I have never been happier!
A little saying: Be the change that you would like to see in the world :)
