basically, camp was the most amazing week of my life.
Thank you to everyone who was there, especially staff, yall are wonderful :]
I pray that everyone stays on there spiritual high.

i havent been on here in forever, sorry. honestly i never know what to say.

we've just been busy here gettin ready for camp, especailly JR camp.
and i wanted to let all you JR campers and JR camper parents, and counsolers that the JCs plan to bring back PLAID day, TUESDAY of JR camp, so please pack plaid and wear it tuesday.
and camo day is still WEDNESDAY as always, bring camo!

I'll just apologize now for not updating, I'm sorry.
Things have been busy ((duh. everyone says that))
it is true.
Honestly this year has been hard, lots and lots of change. Some good, some not so great. Band totally stinks now ((new directors :/ BLEH!)) I've been shying away from that crowd, and focusing more on choir. I'll be getting out of band next year. But some amazing people have been brought into my life this year, and I've also been able to help some that is such a blessing.

Also, as many of you know, in June I was diagnosed with "Vocal nodes" ((aka small bumps on my vocal cords)) If you know anything about my life, outside of centering around God, it centers around music, especially voice, so this was NOT GOOD NEWS! I went to many doctors and overall heard 2 solutions, A. Surgery, extremely scary, because there is no technology with laser yet in that field, its still scalpels, which no ones hand is steady enough, taking some of the tissue and you never sing the same, B. Vocal Rest, aka NO singing, NO talking AT ALL ((or its pointless)) for 6 weeks-3 months. Not easy or good solutions. I was extremely heart broken when I heard, not singing for 2 months :'[ Since this news, I've been very stressed over this. After much prayer, my mom found a speech therapist who I visited today. She told me this is fixable if I work at it and learn how to speak correctly, because its not my singing voice, its my speaking. Which is extremely good news!! :] I'll see her for 6 weeks and hopefully have successful results.

Moral of the Story: PRAYER WORKS!!! :]

2. I drive a different way to school every day, I also never walk the same way to my classes, it keeps things more interesting.

3. I love lamps, I have 4 in my room.

4. I am deathly afraid of snakes, slipping in the shower, and breaking my collar bone.

5. Sometimes I like to just watch cars, it makes me wonder where everyone is going in such a hurry and what there story is.

6. I enjoy Shakespearean literature wayy to much.

7. Bottled frappuccinos are better than hand made ones.

8. the first thing i do in the morning is blow my nose and wash my hands.

yep, you're so right. I am doing great! I graduated and got a job in Austin with Verizon Wireless. I am training to become a manager, so it's pretty intense but I like it :) How about you? How are you these days?
