Still have a job

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers- They let go about 1/3 of the company on Friday. We're all still in shock I think. I survived the layoffs. Thankful to God for that!!! Thankful to God for many things. Especially my support of the family of christians I have. Love you guys!!

1/3 is so insane. These companies never get that "saving" money by huge hire/fire cycles actually costs more in the end. Glad you survived.

Its March 2nd- its snowing, again. Seriously, shouldn't I be wearing sandals by now??

They might have a round of layoffs this Friday at my work. We really don't know- we just know there are huge budget cutbacks. Please pray for my job. And my sanity if I do lose my job. This economy is kind of crazy. I know that Jehovah is my Soverign, so everything will be ok. I just might die of a panic attack, that's all. I should know Friday.

Well, hope everyone has a great holiday season. I should really cherish this time with friends and family but I always get stressed with family stuff and I just emotionally collapse usually. Are the holidays like this for other people or am I the only one who lives in a sort of hellish limbo for the time they're home?

I live in a household of 7... what's 15 more? ;-)

You're not alone. :( "My" side isn't so bad, but when you start dealing with someone else's "other side" of the family, it gets stressful.
