A good 2010 so far :)

Well we're almost halfway through second semester, and things are going pretty well! Got sick a couple weekends ago, but I've been catching up with my work and things are going great since then. Chorus is a lot of fun, albeit kind of tiring, since we've been recording our CD for tour last Thursday and today, and we're there again tomorrow to finish up. *sigh* But I'm looking forward to finishing that and then heading out to Texas (where I will get so see my family!) and Tennessee for chorus tour!

My other classes are pretty fun, and I'm trying to work a lot harder in them too. I've also decided pretty much that I'm going to come back to FC for another two years :) Hopefully things will work out so I can do that, and I am definitely excited about not having to leave just yet :) There are tons of people from my graduating class this year who are staying for their bachelors degrees, so I'm totally fine with staying here since so many people have decided to stay too!

So there you go, an update on my boring life :P Figured I should update though, it's been so long...look for another update from me in another two months or so :)

You posted and I didn't even see it for 6 days! Poor pleonast. I wish I had more time for it. It's totally better than facebook :) Love the new profile pic :P And I love you :)

So I know I need to just keep studying for my last final tomorrow and be thinking about wrapping up this semester, but I keep catching myself thinking about next semester and how awesome it's gonna be and just wishing I could be in those classes already! Next semester's schedule is beautiful!

MWF:
8:15 OTP - Peeler
10:15 - Chapel
11:00 - French - Chandler
12:00 - Psychology - Dickey
1:00 - Chorus - Bassett

TR:
9:15 - Epistles - McClister
10:15 - Chapel
1:00 - Chorus

Somewhere in there I'll have my other class (probably in the evening) for the Greece/Rome trip that's taking place after graduation! SO excited for that! Oh, and I'll possibly be going to the volleyball class on Tuesdays and Thursdays for fun, but I still haven't decided yet.

So yeah, awesome schedule, looking forward to it! But for now, I have a Western Civ final that I have to take tomorrow that I need to study for :( Oh yeah, and get rid of my cold/cough sometime, too. And get a decent amount of sleep for once...

I love the FC bubble, I really do....but I can't wait to get away from it for a while starting next week! It'll be a much needed break from crazy classes and busy schedules and never knowing what's going on in the outside world!

Did you know the HP Deathly Hallows trailer has been out for four days?!

I didn't know that.

My point exactly!

Break, here I come!

Yeah, I had NO idea the Berlin wall fell til I got home for Thanksgiving from FC! I am STILL mad about missing something SO HUGE and historical because NO ONE has a CLUE what's going on in the world at FC!

Wednesday:
Took a mid-term the day before fall break. Finally done with school and could relax!

Thursday:
Fall Break begins! Slept in till 12:30 :) Relaxed for a while, went to a surprise party for a friend, then we watched the first half of The Dark Knight. Went to Hallowscream with an awesome group of people! Went to McDonald's across the street from Busch Gardens and then came back home.

Friday:
Day 2 of Fall Break. Woke up a bit earlier and we finished watching The Dark Knight. Then we went to Blockbuster and got two more movies, A Knight's Tale and The Patriot (notice a Heath Ledger theme? lol). Finished all of A Knight's Tale. Halfway through The Patriot I was asked to be his girlfriend :) Then we went with James to see Paranormal Activity (scary!).

Saturday:
Chilled all day. It was very nice :)

Sunday:
Church, a delicious lunch at my house with Justin, James, and Lushi, church again, officers meeting/hanging out in the library.

Monday:
Woke up at 6:30 to pick up some friends from the airport, visited with my cousin, went to chapel, found out I didn't have French class, didn't have anything to do till 1, went to classes.

Today:
Sick, but feeling better now :) Got excused from classes, been able to get some work/cleaning done, catching up on a few things. All in all it's been a pretty crazy but awesome week!

aww congrats! sounds like you had a fun/busy week! miss you! we need to hang out!

I guess when it's almost been two months since an update, it's time to put something new on here :) I've been back in the bubble for the past seven weeks or so and it's been amazing! It's so nice to be back and I've had a great fall semester so far. Busy, stressful, and crazy, yes. But wonderful just the same. It's going by much faster than I want it to. Conversations are already coming up with fellow sophomore friends about what the next year brings for all of us, and it's making me sad that we're all going to be separated and some of us (including me) aren't completely sure yet what we're going to be doing after graduation. Ah well, I'm working on that and trying to decide pretty soon.

My classes this semester consist of:
(MWF)
11:00 French
1:00 Chorus
2:00 Epistles
3:00 Western Civ
(TR)
9:15 Evidences
11:00 Speech
1:00 Chorus

It's a pretty nice schedule :) Also, I'm most likely getting to go on the FC trip to Greece and Rome in May, which is making me uber excited!!!! It'll be absolutely amazing! :)

There isn't really much else to update on...but I'll try to update more often from now on...I'm not making any promises though :)

Your schedule looks very nice. I never was able to go without having a class at 8 am. How did you do that?!?!

I went to Italy after I graduated from FC and LOVED it. I hope you get to go. It is amazing!
