...between posts. Might be a new record for me. I was shocked not long ago when my MOTHER asked if I knew what pleonast was, and should she sign up. What kind of world am I in where my mom might have a blog? The mind reels.

Well, I'm off again. I keep thinking I'll start a blog 'fo realz' but the time, I doesn't has it. We shall see. Also anyone looking to hire a digital media/graphic artist/UI design professional? My current company is taking on water at speed.

I'm curious if this is the same girl (she was never afraid of controversy!). She would have graduated from high school in Wiesbaden, Germany in 2001. Was that her? Yeah, in class and bored and it occured to me that I hadn't even seen this site in...a year or so. So here I am.

It's an affirmative action protest and I for one think it's hysterical. Well, appropriate and timely as well, but I love that someone has the stones to actually protest this stupid stupid policy. Academic reward should be based on academics or need, not skin color. Thoughts, anyone?

    Yeah, it bothers me that you have to be a certain skin color...that's racist, too, becuase you know if any BIG scholarships were only for caucasians, the NAACP would FREAK! I'm all for EVERYONE getting an education, not just the people who have higher concentrations of melanoma, and I think EVERYONE should get an equal chance.
