1. I can't reach my license unless you hold my beer. (OK in
Texas )
2. Sorry, Officer, I didn't realize my radar detector wasn't
plugged in.
3.Aren't you the guy from the Village People?
4. Hey, you must've been doin' about 125 mph to keep up with me.
Good job!
5. Are You Andy or Barney?
6. I thought you had to be in relatively good physical condition
to be a police officer.
7. You're not gonna check the trunk, are you?
8. I pay your salary!
9. Gee, Officer! That's terrific. The last officer only gave me
a warning, too!
10. Do you know why you pulled me over? Okay, just so one of us
does.
11. I was trying to keep up with traffic. Yes, I know there are
no other cars around.. That's how far ahead of me they are.
12. When the Officer says "Gee Your eyes look red, have you been
drinking?" You probably shouldn't respond with,"Gee Officer your eyes look glazed, have you been eating doughnuts?"

I just found out that my friend who just turned 18 (whoopee!) bought himself a lottery ticket! Wow! Unbelievable! I think it's scary to get older---I myself only have like two months before I'm 18...not that that is a big deal but most people see it as such.
In the past (near 18) years, I have experienced all the stuff people go through somewhere along the way---love, hate, winning, losing, uncertainty, luck, rejection, loss, gain, thrill, fright...the list could go on.
I have played organized basketball (yep! couldn't leave that out!) for almost 4 years now. The people that I have met along the way are some of either the most interesting or totally awesomest (I just made that word up!) people I have ever been with. They have taught me more about life (and basketball!) than anyone ever could. I couldn't describe any one of them outside of "amazing" if you asked me and there are no words to tell how lucky I am to know them. Over the past 6 months I have "picked up" some sort of really weird asthma that eliminates me from playing outdoors in cold weather. I had that problem in Natcher Elementary School during a basketball practice and it took about 30 minutes to get over---that was a minor case. It's very hard to keep me settled down with it because really I don't want to be a kid with problems---esp. asthma! You should pray for my parents and hope I don't hurt myself with it j/k! lol! It's not fatal---just something I should pay attention to. And I should probably pay more attention to myself anyway. I have also experienced several car crashes---from the passengers seat---one which was close to fatal and actually happened about four or five years ago. We will not get into that lol! Let's just say a fractured arm and three chipped teeth! I am just very happy to still be able to do everything that interests me.
I think for my birthday I will (1) play basketball, (2) go hunting cause the season will be in, (3) eat a huge bowl of ice cream, (4) stay up late and watch Jimmy Kimmel---one of my favorite comedians---and hope he has somebody good on the show.
I just want to say thanks guys! You all are the best---we should all hang out more---like kids do...it's ridiculous growing up! ha ha!
