Seasonal Vocation: Check
I will be in Estes Park, Colorado this summer, slinging espresso at the Stanley Hotel.
Come see me (especially you, Alison!).
Love,
Tim

Seasonal Vocation, Way Out West
I'm looking for summer employment far away from the swamps and concrete jungles of southern Florida.
What looks like a dream gig is being a fire spotter - living in an isolated cabin-like building all summer, out in the middle of an Oregon/Colorado/Montana forest, keeping an eye out for smoke. It would be a great way to experience the outdoors, get a little monastic solitude, and find inspiration for a novel.
I'm looking into the above job, but I'm also exploring alternative options. Has anyone on here held a great, adventurous summer job in the past? Or do you know someone who knows someone who knows someone that could hook me up with such a position?
I'm not really the whitewater-rafting-guide-type person, but I'm willing to stretch myself a little in the spirit of fun and in a desperate attempt to inhale the clean, divine air of the Great American West.

It was a great day when...
...I discovered what the 'CE' button on a calculator does.
What about you?
What about you?
BTW, I saw your tweet about buying scores as a "business" move. I know you were joking, but I think that's awesome. Keep it up!
