Triplet nieces!!

They were born Monday, Feb. 1 @ 31 weeks. They seem to be doing really well. I've only been able to see them through the window but that's ok, there will be months and months (years!) of time for me to cuddle them.

These pictures are from the night they were born:

Melody Lynn 3#6oz.

Megan Diane 3#3oz.

Jenna Joayn 3#9oz.

And these pictures are from yesterday @ 4 days old:

Be sure to let me know how those sandwiches turn out! I thought about making them this week, but didn't want to be the Guinea Pig.

Hello. I'm Sherry Robinson, Jo Ann Collier's sister, and the great-aunt of these beautiful girls. I live in Central Florida, so I don't know when I'll be able to see them. Thank you so much for putting these online for everyone.

It's offical

We put our condo on the market a week ago. So far we've had one showing which is kind of disappointing. BUT the buyers from the showing are very interested and are working with their lender to get pre-approved to put an offer in!! They're first time buyers and are doing an FHA loan it looks like. Please pray that they do place an offer and it's within the realms of doable for us. A huge burden will be lifted from us if we can get out of this soon.

Here's our listing: http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/4232-N-Pheasant-Trail-Court-Unit-7_Arlington-Heights_IL_60004_1109843567

Brian is staying at our place during the week and then comes down to Joliet for the weekends. He'll be doing that till the end of the month. It hasn't been too hard... yet! We all really look forward to the weekends but it's not like I'm left to fend for myself with the kids alone. My parents are very helpful but not too helpful. And we get to see Jill a lot more which Mal & Sam love. I watch Jill in the afternoons that Terra has to work and that's been working great b/c the kids play better when they have someone else to play with. I like being around to help out more. :)

I haven't quite gotten back into my sewing grove yet. I'm getting more and more done every day but I'm not up to my usual output yet. I need to get a more consistent schedule I guess. Which is what I should be doing right now. Opps!

Actually, it wasn't Nearer My God to Thee. For whatever reason, I have a really hard time remembering what hymns we sang at her funeral. No, it was A Foretaste of Your Rest. Josh led it just a couple of weeks after she was born, and for whatever reason, I just bawled through the whole thing. Poor Josh - I didn't even try to hide my face or anything! He felt so bad afterward. I haven't been able to sing it since then without crying ... till last night! I didn't worship with it, but I sang it!! Baby steps, right??

We LOVED Francesca's!! In fact, I'm having my leftovers for dinner tonight. I had the caesar salad, and then linguine with Italian sausage, pancetta, garlic & herbs, with a non-tomatoey sauce - just kinda an olive oil sauce. Matt got linguine with all kinds of seafood. We thought it was FABULOUS! :)

It's going to be a busy Spring/Summer for us!

This is what we've got planned so far:

May 15th is Mallory's last day of preschool, right after school we're meeting Brian's mom at the airport. She's taking both the kids back with her to Florida for two weeks.

In the two weeks they're gone we'll be: packing and moving into my parents' house, setting up my sewing area (still gotta work!), painting, cleaning, doing all the little detail things we need to finish to get the condo ready to sell.

The last weekend the kids are away is Memorial Day so we'll be camping with my sisters and friends. Brian will fly down to FL to pick up the kids the 29th and back home the 30th. Kids & I will be living with my parents in Joliet from then on. Brian will still be at our condo for one month and then move down in time to start his new position with my dad's company July 1st.

Oh yeah, and we're supposed to go to my uncles for a Huber family reunion that week but I don't think we'll be able to. We *might* be able to make it for 4th of July weekend though.

Whew! I'll be so glad when all this is done and we can relax.

If I watch the Dark Knight, I will never sleep again. :) I can't watch scary movies at all anymore - I still have nightmares from Sixth Sense and The Ring.
