Valentine's Night #1

So, this year Mike and I each planned a date for Valentine's Day. Tonight was my night. I took him to Outback for dinner then to Lazer Blaze. We played two rounds and also played Cosmic Golf. Then we went to Dairy Queen for dessert. We had a lot of fun.

Yesterday he was sweet enough to come and spend the afternoon with me at school and helped out a TON with my class party. I was totally shocked and freaked out a little because I had a package sent to him at work that he didn't get before he left. So, we had to stop by there last night and pick it up, but it all worked out in the end.

Tonight he has planned a date. I'm very anxious to find out what we're doing.

This afternoon we are going to meet with a cake person. Hopefully this one will work out. She was recommended by our florist.

Less than four months to go!

I was just thinking the other day about how close it is getting, it will be here before you know it, glad you're getting things done.

Final Exam

I just found out that I passed my final exam for my Master's Degree. Now I have to finish my portfolio before next Friday and take my Praxis test on January 9th. I can't wait to be done with all of this!

Congrats. Your almost there. I know you are happy about that. When I get home it will only be 3 months left till wedding day. WooHoo.

Busy, busy

So, things are busy around here. School is off to a good start. My kids are really quite well behaved. I'm still enjoying the new building as well. I'll post some pics when I get a chance. Tonight I'm going to start staying at Reva's so she won't be alone. They have hired someone to come in during the day five days a week and I will be there at night four days a week. I have been telling people I should put a sign in the yard saying that I'm staying at Reva's, not Mike's since they live next door to each other. ha ha. I've been teasing Mike that I'm going to start knocking on the wall of his bedroom in the mornings to make sure he's up because the wall his bed is on backs up to Reva's kitchen wall. I will post more when I get time. Hope you all have a great rest of the week.

Just wanted to let you all know that my great uncle Carmon Pharis passed away today. Please keep the family in your prayers, especially his wife Reva.

We are praying for the whole family. Camon was such a sweetheart. WE will miss him so much.

Just wanted to let you all know that my grandmother's brother, Carmon Pharis, had a stroke today and is in Jewish Hospital. Please pray!

I hated coming home to that news. We prayed last night and this morning. I hope he is getting better.
