Finally....

The Sanjaya Reign of Terror has finally come to an end!! I must also say that I'm glad that Country Week is over. Now we can get down to the nitty-gritty. I think Phil really improved his "stock" this week and Jordan proved that she really should still be in it as well. Did anyone else think that Lakeisha really didn't look like she wanted to be there this week? It seemed kinda weird to me. Oh well.

Also, I just finished watching Lost. It was a little weird, but the previews for the rest of the season look really good so I'm pretty excited about that.

Jordan was awesome....I don't think she's shown it till recently. Lakeisha just sounded off key on her song. I really thought Sanjaya would last at least one more week

Lakeisha was also with the other 5 on Oprah today and she looked really put out that she was still in the running...though she talked about how serious it was for her to win and make a better life for herself and her kid. Go figure.

Okay I have to admit I don't watch either one of those shows you talk about. I did though start and stopped watching Lost, but I lost interest. Yeah I know weird huh. San Diego

Hilary and I went to San Diego for a few days the first part of this week. We were able to get away by ourselves while Jake was with Hilary's parents. Its only about a 5 hour drive from here and it was really nice to get away from work, if only for a couple days. We basically just did some touristy stuff. Also, I have a friend here who used to live there and suggested some local food places that we probably never would have known about otherwise and they were AMAZING! he is appraising real estate and it's a good job, but no benefits come attached AND the economy is always so questionable so it's really a good job for a single guy or a rich guy who can live off some inherited money or something. anyways, i guess it's something he can ALWAYS fall back on!

We love San Diego! We went last year, but only stayed there one day because it was really a Disneyland trip and we just visited SD for a little while. We would so love to go back and stay longer this time.

I knew it, I knew it, I knew it!! I knew that Claire and Jack were brother and sister ever since the episode when Jack's dad showed up drunk at some random woman's house in Australia last season!
