Putting new contacts in is one of the best feelings in the world.
1. Ok, so the Zune HD is beyond amazing. No, I don’t have one yet, but I am planning to obtain one. Touchscreen and internet on a zune make an amazing combination.
2. Since last post, I have performed in two concerts. 1 = Mamma Mia medley. Awesome. 2 = National Anthem at a September 11th memorial. Amazing.
3. I have found a deep love for performing. Yeah.
4. Dr. Kevin Moody(choir director) has some of the best quotes ever. Case in point: "Don't make a boring, bland, Dreyer's ice cream sound; make the warm, rich, Bluebell sound. Aim for the Bluebell."
5. Pop tarts make good food basically any time of the day.
7. Game night on Friday. Let the good times roll.
8. Augh. So I still need to actually bring a camera up to school so I can stop just editing old photos. I need new stuff.
9. I should probably clean my room, too….that sort of gets pushed to the backburner when you have a Physics test. So I think I shall clean now since I am done with the test.
10. It is interesting discovering that you have been singing the wrong part for quite a few years….most of you who have listened to me hear me sing Tenor, but in fact, in choir, I am a Bass…and actually, the deepest bass in choir. It looks awkward, though, because the other bass is around a foot taller and 200 or so pounds more than me.
6. So I think that the music recommendation for this time would definitely have to be…’Pieces’ by Red. Most rock songs cannot pull off orchestra instruments in an intro. They can.
Life is better when you go ahead and say things. Yup.
Red – Pieces
“I'm here again a thousand miles away from you
A broken mess, just scattered pieces of who I am.
I tried so hard, thought I could do this on my own.
I've lost so much along the way.”
