wow it works.

wow, you look great. how long has it been? 6, 7 months? how are the kids?
us?
oh, we're hanging in there. though the last year has been rather eventfu...
oh, so you heard. yeah, lyme. who would have thought. they've got this here P.I.C. line in my arm and we have to hook me up to meds every day.
how did i? oh, i don't know. doc thinks i got it 10, 15 years ago, but at a lower level then, and then all of a sudden whoosh! - it went into overdrive. they tell me it's gonna be a long process. something like 18 months to a couple of years to really get back to feeling normal. but don't worry we've already seen some real physical improvements. not to mention it's been a very perspective changing, unique experience to go through and grow during.
well, like for instance, i've had to rethink and redefine my thoughts on: patience, dependance, food, limitation, strength, friendship, marriage, physical health, emotional health, prayer, my stance on the capital gains tax, and Howie Mandel's career choices.
oh she's been great. talk about redefining marriage and patience. i don't know how she does it sometimes. i can honestly say, i wouldn't be at the stage i'm at right now without monica. we've found out being really sick, or going through anything "traumatic", really pushes the fast forward button on your marriage. sure this has been very trying with all the setbacks or pain, but we've really found that there have been some real great blessings to come out of all this.
oh wait.
it looks like my wife is trying to get my attention from across the building. i don't get out much so that when i do i just get to talking and loose track of time. we've got to go home and hook me up to my I.V. in the next 30 minutes or well be off our regiment.
yeah it was good to talk to you too. we need to catchup some more and try not to go so long between visits. take it easy.
yeah you too. bye.
